Finally HTTPS!

With the advent of Let’s Encrypt, now this blog is protected by https access. Why that?

I do not believe that there is any confidential information exchanged between this site and its readers. We do not capture credit cards, passwords and so on. This is in our Privacy Policy. All authentication is done by the authentication providers.

All safe, right? But …

Conventional traffic can be intercepted. Someone, in the middle. They can inject something in place of the code of this site. And that could be a failure. Now it is prevented by cryptography.

Book Prize Contest

This contest was for Brazilian readers only, if enough english speaking readers ask for a similar promo, I’ll be more than glad to do one.

  • To choose a winner, we used the site http://sorteador.com.br/
  • The numbering was the order that Zoho Survey recorded.
  • The winner was Marcos Carminato. Congratulations to him!
